Privacy Notice

The short version

Quiz Jams is run by one person, not a marketing company. We collect the minimum needed to create your account, process your order, and let you stream and download the songs you've purchased — nothing more. We don't run ad trackers, we don't sell your information, and we never have.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store:

• Your full name and email address
• A securely hashed password (we never see or store your actual password)
• Your purchase history, so we know which sets and divisions you own

Quiz Jams accounts are created by adults — coaches, parents, and church staff. Children who use the songs and quiz tools never create their own account or submit personal information to us directly.

How your information is used

• To create and secure your account
• To grant access to the song sets and divisions you've purchased
• To apply loyalty credits or discounts tied to your returning account
• To respond if you contact us with a question

Payments

All payments are processed directly by PayPal. Quiz Jams never sees or stores your card or bank details — that information goes straight to PayPal under their own privacy and security practices.

Where your data lives

Your account and purchase records are stored on our hosting provider, Hostinger. We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, nothing watching you browse.

Sharing your information

We don't sell, rent, or share your name, email, or purchase history with anyone outside of Quiz Jams. The only outside party involved at all is PayPal, and only for the payment itself.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of the data we have on file for you
• You can ask us to correct or delete your account
• You can unsubscribe from any email we send, at any time
